It was completely disassembled, cleaned, and polished. It has all new pads. All springs and corks were replaced as needed. It was professionally adjusted and regulated and plays better than new. It comes with a hard shell case and cleaning rod. Don't rent. Don't buy a used horn that you know nothing about and will have to spend hundreds of dollars to have repaired.
