HR Benefits Coordinator III
This position will require someone with:
Associates or bachelors degree in business or related field
Minimum one year of operational experience with HR and/or benefits
Prior experience with employee benefits and/or Insurance
Demonstrated knowledge of privacy laws, HIPAA laws and applicable benefits regulations in US and Canada
Customer focused with a high level of accuracy, excellent time management skills and results oriented
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Public speaking experience with the ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Data analytics skills
Detail oriented with the ability to meet schedules and honor deadlines
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
Team player
Prior experience in Lawson/INFOR or other HRIS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Crystal Reporting)
Strong interpersonal skills
The basic duties of this position include:
Follows HR procedures to allocate benefits such as Health and Welfare and Retirement plans
Monitor and maintain various employee benefit plans
Analyze complex benefit plans
Produce reports for plan participation, premium collections, and population enrollment.
Provide support to leadership for benefits strategic planning and processes
Answer team member questions regarding PFJ benefits from via phone and email
Manage benefit plans within HRIS
Enter Benefits elections into the HRIS system
Monthly invoice processing
Manage electronic file transfers
Audit deductions and files to vendors
Special projects (open enrollment, wellness programs, mail processing, etc.)
Work closely with management and benefits team
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
