Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Experience in high-volume recruiting capacity is highly desired. Recruiter will be responsible for filling entry level positions in Sales and Service call centers in multiple locations. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates. Extends offers to selected candidates.
Travel of up to 10% may be required, to one or more of company sales/service centers if assistance is needed for job fairs or hiring events.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
