o Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Experience in high-volume recruiting capacity is highly desired.
o Recruiter will be responsible for filling entry level positions in Sales and Service call centers in multiple locations.
o Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
o Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
o Extends offers to selected candidates.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
