Opportunity for a machining expert to lead the programming, setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, drills and grinders for a custom precision machining production company.
Shall:
Complete set-ups
Optimize CNC programs to meet product specifications such as dimensions, material requirements, tolerances and tooling.
Select appropriate tools and fixtures
Determine proper machine speeds and feeds.
Troubleshoot malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
Create set up sheets to ensure repeatability and consistency
Requires:
Associates Degree or equivalent
Hands on CNC machine tool programming and set up experience including M and G code programming
