At Regions, we are currently seeking a Bank Relationship Manager of Business Banking / Sales. As the Bank Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining existing relationships and generating new business in the Business Banking market segment. The Relationship Managers actively cross-sell bank products, execute strategy with calls and visits; provide needs assessment, customer qualification and meeting follow-up to maintain, enhance and expand customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads strategic planning activities for developing business plans to meet goals
- Develop strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing accounts
- Assist customers in analyzing problems and propose Regions solutions
- Respond promptly to customer issues, questions and concerns
- Balances needs of the client/prospect with Bank credit standards and profitability requirements
- Ensures the appropriate involvement of business partners to ensure client solutions are complete and value-added
- Analyze financial statements and make financing proposals
- Negotiate terms and conditions for loans, leases, etc.
- Make both credit and pricing recommendations for credits above assigned authority and decisions for credits within assigned authority
- Sponsor loan requests through the appropriate credit approval process
- Maintain and build account profitability with assigned clients, primarily by providing core banking products and services
Bachelors Degree with 3 years experience in Business Banking or sales
OR, High School Degree or GED with 4 years experience in Business Banking or sales
Prior involvement in generating small business relationships, including deposits and loans or like experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
