We are currently interviewing for an experienced Quality
manager
to overseeing a plant QM program with 300 employees, in a heavy metal fabrication, fast paced environment, creating OEM & aftermarket products.

Function:
Operate a Quality System as per the requirements of TS 16949, latest revision.
Coordination and maintain the Document Management and Record Control processes
Coordinate and follow up on the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) activities for rejected material
Management System Lead Internal Auditor
Assist in the organization of the hold / receiving area
Back up to the Quality
supervisor
Perform additional duties as assigned by CEO
Recommend improvements to the quality system processes
Insure that a robust Corrective and Preventive Action system is in place.
Develop and react to the various monthly Quality Systems Metrics as a minimum.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Associate Degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Manager role
computer
literate in a windows based environment
Knowledge of customer specifications and standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong communication, problem solving and team work skills
Experience with measuring and testing equipment
Knowledge of Industry Specs and Standards
Supervisory Duties:
Directly supervises 4 employees
Indirectly supervises 3 employees
