Demonstrate exemplary communication skills with patients, families, visitors and other team members in healthcare team.
Assists Nurse Manager in Budget and Scorecard.
Assures operational compliance, Infection Prevention, and safety standards are maintained, and assist in PI programs if indicated.
Responds appropriately to emergency situations or unplanned events.
Direct supervision of clinical team members.
Manage team member work schedule for efficiency.
Maintain and foster a positive working relationship with referring offices.
Manage patient schedule for efficiency.
Collect and report unit specific data.
Hold quarterly team meetings or more frequent if needed.
Coordinate educational opportunities for team.
