The Role:
As an Organization and Project Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between our sales and production teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to streamline the transition of projects from sales to production, ensuring that each contract is meticulously prepared and all necessary elements are in place for a smooth production process.
Key
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Oversee the progression of projects from sales to production.
This includes meticulous review and completion of contracts.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to schedule and coordinate start dates, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Process Management:
Implement and maintain organizational systems, ensuring that every step of the project is executed efficiently.
Software Mastery:

Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
Background in construction is preferred but not mandatory.
