com Gastrointestinal Associates is a gastroenterology medical practice which specializes in the diagnosis and care of disease and conditions affecting the digestive system.
We are currently searching for a full time (Monday-Friday) Administrative Assistant who can work cooperatively with team members and physicians while performing a variety of clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Working closely with the Administrative team in handling daily financial balancing of deposits and maintaining records of miscellaneous accounts Updating cash balance reports for Finance Director Reporting and communicating with third party accountants and benefit coordinators for 401K enrollments and distributions Monitors credentialing of managed care companies for all providers Displays appropriate, professional, and cordial relationships with the physicians and other staff Possess strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to comply with all confidentiality and HIPAA laws Excellent time management and computer skills are required

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
