PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Video Content Creation Work closely with department leadership and digital, creative, and social media marketing teammates to align video and photo content to Credit Union goals and overall marketing strategy.
Capture high-quality video using professional camera equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio production.
Understand composition techniques and camera settings to capture quality footage.
o Rule of Thirds o Exposure o Frames Per Second o Shutter Speed o White Balance Ideate, film, edit, and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software for various projects, including but not limited to:
o Interviews o Narrations o Animations o Tutorials o Product Launches o Pre-Roll o Short-Stories o Special Projects Collaborate with Marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects, including social media platforms.
Interview subject-matter experts for video ideas and content creation.
Coordinate video recording schedules and plans with employees or other talent.
Direct talent to create compelling and engaging interactions in close alignment to the brand.
Perform post-production tasks (culling, transitions, color correcting, audio enhancements, closed captions, SFX, graphics, etc.
).
Produce on-brand videos accurately, proficiently, and to the required specifications and deadlines.
Create motion graphics and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite for marketing projects.
Ensure video projects are completed on time, within brand standards, and meet required specifications for intended use.
Schedule and distribute video content to proper channels (AdQue, YouTube, Website, etc.
).
Track video metrics and key performance indicators and make recommendations for future video performance.
Organize video files and assets in online Marketing Video Library.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to make video content innovative and engaging.
Other projects or duties, as assigned.
Photo Content Creation Capture high-quality photos using professional camera equipment on location and in the studio.
Determine composition of photography for use in all applicable media, including but not limited to print, digital, and video.
Edit on-brand photos using Adobe Creative Suite to project specifications accurately and proficiently to meet project deadlines.
Apply standard post-capture adjustments to images and provide final images in the required specifications.
Cropping Color Correcting Lighting adjustments Minor touchups Operate various photographic equipment.
Use variety of traditional and innovative photography techniques to enhance each photograph (ISO, Aperture, Shutter, Lighting, and others).
Camera Lens Backdrops Lighting Equipment Collaborate with Marketing leadership and creative team to develop and execute original photo content required for marketing projects.
Coordinate with branch/department managers, event coordinators, or CU leadership to capture proprietary photos for Credit Union use.
Direct talent to capture compelling and engaging interactions in close alignment to the brand.
Organize and grow the online Marketing Photo Library.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure photo content remains fresh and relevant.
Other projects or duties, as assigned.
Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.
Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior, and performance).
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work cooperatively with others.

QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experience - Associate or bachelor's degree in digital video technology, animation, photography, production, or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and previous experience as a videographer and photographer.
Qualifications and Requirements - Individual must possess the knowledge skills and ability required to execute the essential functions in a satisfactory manner.
Prior production experience in video and photo content creation preferred.
Digital editing experience required.
Understanding and use of video and camera equipment is a must.
Language - Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and policies and procedures.
Ability to write correspondence and use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, Members and the general public.
Mathematical - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer - Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Competent to expert level in Adobe Creative Suite.
Certificates and Licenses - Valid driver's license required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
