Designsensory is hiring an account manager responsible for overseeing our clients' yearly integrated marketing account plans, and ongoing project work.
The ideal applicant must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be dependable, responsible and professional in manner and appearance.
The ideal applicant is organized, strategic, collaborative, and possesses an ability to work under pressure.
Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Develop deep client relationships aimed at garnering trust and becoming their advocate within the agency; ability to uncover new opportunities based on the agency's capabilities Provide leadership amongst agency teams throughout the account life cycle Proactively mitigate project risk within the agency Identifying, defining and consulting with clients about business and campaign requirements, goals and objectives Establishing and formulating business, marketing and communications strategies Creating and delivering ideas and final products to clients for review Preparing proposals and presentation decks that report on results, strategies, tactics and schedules; work with our business development team on new client acquisition Establishing and consulting on client budgets Partnering with your project manager, planning feasible project milestones and deadlines Monitoring work progress alongside our project management staff Analyzing, interpreting and presenting results Ensuring interdepartmental coordination and communication Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Attend client meetings in person as required Travel for offsite meetings, presentations, or events as required Other position-relevant tasks as assigned This is a full-time position reporting directly to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising related fields and have at least two years of experience in managing projects, teams or accounts.

Advanced computer proficiency is required.
