The Remote Desktop IT Tech is responsible for providing remote technical support to users of the company's computer systems.
This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting support interactions, and providing training to users.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Provide remote technical support to users of the company's computer systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Provide training to users.
Document all support interactions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

years of experience in IT support.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
