The Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
Greeting and checking in patients daily Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person, take messages, or route to appropriate department.
Schedule patient appointments and book sessions via phone and email Manage patient records and filing.
Order, maintain, and stock office supplies as needed.
Open and close the clinic as needed.
Work with other team members to ensure the success of Neurology Clinic.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and vendors.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks during busy times.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance, accuracy, and speed.
Strong verbal communication skills with patients, vendors, and team members.
Must be computer proficient (familiar with Microsoft Office Suite).
Willing to train for light medical assisting.
Work Schedule - Mon, Tue, Wed.
