5K a year We are currently seeking to add a talented IT Specialist to our Knoxville Team.
This role will provide both onsite and remote technical support to our customers throughout the Southeast.
Must possess high level of customer service and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with a wide array of copier vendors and networks preferred.
This is a customer facing position, so strong communication skills are a must! Our team works from the office, no work from home available at this time.

Responsibilities:
Accurately diagnose and repair copier equipment, applications, and accessories by providing both onsite and remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Logging on to customer networks and user desktops as needed to diagnose and repair issues Collect information and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine issue.
Supports Software/Hardware on equipment such as Scanners, Copiers, Printers, Monitors and other peripherals.
Escalate technical and customer issues to management as needed.
Accurately log and track calls using ticket database while maintaining history records and related problem documentation.
Performs installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of endpoint devices and software.
Trains and orients users on the use of hardware and software.
Analyze and evaluate incident reports and make recommendations to reduce incident rate.
Provide energetic and enthusiastic customer services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with members of the IT Team on a wide range technology projects and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift 50lb.
Must have reliable transportation.

or Technical or Associates degree required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
