Dura-Line is looking for a JUNIOR business process expert with a passion for innovation and are seeking an exciting new challenge, the role of Remote Global Business Architect for our growing telecommunications company might be the perfect fit for you.
As a key member of our PMO team, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement a Business Process Modeling notation (BPMN) ecosystem that will drive our company's growth and success on a global scale.
Your skills and expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing top-notch business strategies that will optimize our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), increase efficiency, and ultimately improve our bottom line.
Responsibilities:
KPIs ownership & decomposition into business action for all resources according to our organization design.
Corporate process improvement resource to sustain improvement efforts across multiple cross functional & associated initiatives ensuring a Common Course, encouraging Flow and verification of Output.
Curious & intelligent individual who can interpret and contextualize strategy into operational needs by linking business measures, KPIs, key results, strategic motivation and incorporating or leveraging current and NEW business capabilities.
Drive business process quality & maturity and is able to own, sustain, and manage a structured business process ecosystem in order to trace strategy through the organization via mapped metrics, key results, capability models, data flow, value stream maps, human decisions, automated decisions, business rules & process workflows.
Bring business knowledge to life via Concept Maps, Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN 2.
0), Decision Modeling Notation (DMN), Capability Based Roadmaps, & Organizational Ecosystem Touch Points.
Expand collaboration across business processes, grow process-driven business areas, increase transparency, provide business alignment & map meaning.
A Human Centered thinker who leverages business modeling tools to improve Subject Matter Expert (SME) efficiency/utilization who understands organizational design & business function domains Defines decisions and business requirements for new projects with incorporated business measures, key objectives & results for team stakeholders incorporating Director Level & Managerial feedback into the current & future proposed process states.
Drive customer perspective into innovative business operations via a 360 degree process evaluations, optimization, and change impact analysis.
Describe concepts & themes easily, illustrate examples, and drive teams toward decisions with insight, understanding, knowledge, information & data.
Create process models with swim lanes as well as supporting decision models capable of showing end-to-end activity flow (activities, responsibilities, customer interactions, information flows) as well as how to make decisions (decision hierarchies, input data, policies, business rules).
Host, maintain, mature, and correct KPI trees.
Decompose KPIs into tiers that support key objectives and level 1 business measures.
Can see, define, document, map, & communicate business processes such as New Product Introduction Processes.

Utilize Discrete Event Simulation, Resource Modeling, and Process Modeling techniques to analyze and optimize cross-functional business processes.
Design new and enhanced metrics to measure process performance and effectiveness.
Decompose an ecosystem of complex processes, decisions, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to create reusable, appropriate, and hierarchical process maps.
Quantify process and decision impacts using occurrence count and cycle time, emphasizing process quality and desired outputs.
Conduct process discovery interviews, analyze variation or conformance metrics, and scope projects for process improvements.
Consult with internal and external stakeholders on Business Process Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management.
Lead Business Process Kaizans to establish new process standards.
Drive the development, creation, kick-off, and deployment of new processes.
Standardize, harmonize, and prioritize process improvement efforts across the organization.
Experience with new product or process introductions in a global environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation, Resource Modeling, and Process Modeling.
Knowledge of SIPOC, KANBAN, and AGILE methodologies.
Familiarity with various data types, including Boolean, numeric, intervals, classification values or enumeration, hierarchies, single, multiple, & unique hit policies, as well as catch all or ordering rules.
Ability to quantify process and decision impacts using occurrence count and cycle time.
Experience in conducting process discovery interviews and analyzing variation or conformance metrics.
Knowledge of Business Process Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management principles.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Breadth of business experience across commercial, finance, and operations.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Proven ability to reduce waste and optimize resources.
Experience in new product introduction processes is a plus.
