The job is performed onsite with no remote opportunity at this time.
The Help Desk Technician will provide monitoring, operations, and support services by proactively managing, troubleshooting, and addressing issues for staff while working with tools to provide detailed issue tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Individual will also assist in provisioning of new clients and updating documentation.
The Help Desk Technician is the first line of direct support and response to client service requests.
Help Desk Technicians begin the process of characterizing and diagnosing customer problems by collecting information online and over the phone using remote access tools.
The Help Desk Technician applies logical troubleshooting with IT knowledge and experience to resolve the issue and close the case or escalate the issue as appropriate.
This role escalates to the Systems Administrator.
