Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an IT Manufacturing Senior Business/System Analyst to partner with the manufacturing business leads to understand their business processes and requirements to design and deliver IT solutions. Keen problem solving, effective process development, and continued commitment to improve manufacturing system processes will be integral to achieving the role's objectives. This role will require close communication with manufacturing and internal/external IT teams in delivering manufacturing capabilities. The Analyst will provide Digital solutions for the operations sites within Brunswick Boat Group (BBG). This position designs, delivers and leads IoT, advanced analytical solutions as well as Digital Manufacturing. The Business Analyst plays a significant role in crafting our digital products by collaborating with BRMs, Global IT, engineers and data scientists throughout the implementation and development lifecycle. This role will be a trusted technology advisor to Digital Manufacturing team as well as the Operations Leadership team across Brunswick Boat Group (BBG).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement technology solutions for shop floor machine connectivity, decision intelligence, connected worker, and predictive analytics. Work on the modernization and consolidation of legacy factory applications with modern technologies (Cloud, IIoT, Industrial Cloud, Data & Analytics). Serve as internal voice of the customer by articulating needs; validate and make final decision on any proposed solutions as well as confirming alignment to technical roadmaps. When necessary, project Lead/Manage initiatives that require full lifecycle execution from ideation to solution execution Elicits functional requirements by conducting interviews, requirements workshops, observations and reviews current workflows and system documentation Critically evaluates the information gathered to ensure it meets the needs of the business area as well as IT goals Drives and challenges the business area on their current processes and assumptions to define the best solutions for the business need Works to ensure that requirements, process flows, test scenarios, support documentation, and user training represent the full functionality of the of the business systems Engage with business users to communicate capability and build a backlog of opportunities. Manage the relationship with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent Support implementation as needed and user support Travel:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum 5 years work experience in Manufacturing related systems Experienced in managing projects and coordinating strong cross-functional collaboration Highly organized, with proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work in both legacy and modern systems as the business transforms 1-3 year IoT of installing or building sensor experience Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization; effectively communicate complex matters in simply understood terms. Ability to visually present and communicate data and recommendations. Comfortable and able to thrive in a matrixed organization Embraces the challenge of change Preferred
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of professional work experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst focused on manufacturing floor Experience as a manufacturing engineer Exposure in implementing manufacturing production enterprise software systems Six Sigma or Lean Certification Experience with IIOT analytics, shop floor tools, manufacturing robots Experience with ServiceNow, DevOps, and/or JIRA Experience with Azure IOT Framework and Ignition Location:

$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
