Work Description:
This position is intended to support the Human Resources department. Duties will include office administration, assisting with employee identification badges, data analysis, Microsoft Access database development, and report tracking. This position will support the Security team, Employee Relations, Training and Development, and other HR programs. Qualifications
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must be and maintain full-time student status at an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or a graduate-level degree
Has and maintains a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Good oral and written communication
Must possess basic computer skills
Has and maintains a valid Tennessee driver s license
Physical Demands:
Sedentary work exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve bending, stooping, reaching, walking or standing for brief periods of time.Note: The physical demands described above are intended to relate the approximate physical demands of the classification. Preferred
Qualifications:
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field
Have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Have strong computer and administrative skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to create and/or edit Access databases.
Experience with data analysis and report development

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
