JOB DUTIES: Responsible globally for product management (one or several product lines) and responsible for marketing in one or several regions; ensure deliverables have a direct and positive impact on Environmental Control Systems (ECS) growth through improved product competitiveness, higher differentiation and enhanced awareness to customers; for the product line (in all regions): ECS strategic planning: Define market perspective worldwide by market segment; assess competitive technologies and competitors positioning; assess ECS market share for each customer segment; benchmark ECS product positioning on customer buying criteria including competitiveness of our products for each customer segment based on win/loss analysis; define product value drivers and support Sales and tendering for Value based pricing implementation; define target product high-level specifications (price, lead time, weight, performances); define product strategy and propose action plan based on a sound product SWOT analysis. Proposed action plan should cover R&D, partnership/license /acquisition strategy, promotion, contribute to R&D program definition with marketing inputs (value proposition, strategic and business impact of identified R&D action); approve product development roadmap (Timely arrival on the market) New Production Introduction/Product Development Quality (NPI/PDQ) process: contribute to New Production Introduction/Product Development Quality/Technology Development Quality (NPI/PDQ/TDQ) process with marketing inputs (business case, customer needs, product launch plan) for ongoing R&D actions; attend gate reviews to ensure the validity of the actions from marketing perspective for the region (for all ECS product line): perform Market Assessment and Competitor Analysis (MACA) in the region for all ECS products; track orders from ALSTOM and the competition for all ECS products; perform Win/loss analysis in coordination with local Sales and Tendering; define consistent promotion plan at region level in coordination with other Product Managers; and implement Promotion plan in coordination with Business and Sector External Communication.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in an Engineering-related occupation. Experience must include: Marketing / development of Product sales strategy, with a focus in Power and Industrial Markets; knowledge of pollution controls equipment to include flue gas desulfurization, particulate matter removal systems, and mercury removal systems; statistical analysis using market data to create business metrics used to access performance (to include win/loss analysis, product gap analysis, product evolution analysis, MACA results analysis, analysis of business case for new products, product evolution analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
