Brief Description of the Job:
Responsible for all customer inbound phone calls. Placing accounts on test, customer callbacks as necessary, assisting customers with inquiries on pending work status, updating of account information and internal follow up to meet customer needs.
Major
Responsibilities:
1. Provides quality service to increase customer satisfaction.
2. Assist customer with questions and issues as well as giving them status of their pending work order.
3. Handles the call in order to schedule the pending service request. Does not transfer the customer''s call (unless absolutely necessary), and resolves customer''s issues independently or requests assistance to resolve it.
4. Adheres to the call criteria in the Quality Assurance handbook. Consistently meets or exceeds all quality and productivity standards.
5. Updates customer database as necessary to reflect accurate information.
6. Identifies customer problems and uses proper techniques and decisions to resolve.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Speaks clearly and concisely.
Effectively communicates with a diverse population.
Reacts and thinks quickly and effectively in difficult situations.
Follows written and oral instructions/direction.
Ability to locate informational resources as needed.
Multi tasking in various situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to change as business needs require.
High School or equivalent degree required, college degree preferred.
Successfully complete training requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
