Brief Description of the Job:
Responsible for all customer inbound phone calls. Placing accounts on test, customer callbacks as necessary, assisting customers with inquiries on pending work status, updating of account information and internal follow up to meet customer needs.
Major
Responsibilities:
1. Provides quality service to increase customer satisfaction.
2. Assist customer with questions and issues as well as giving them status of their pending work order.
3. Handles the call in order to schedule the pending service request. Does not transfer the customer''s call (unless absolutely necessary), and resolves customer''s issues independently or requests assistance to resolve it.
4. Adheres to the call criteria in the Quality Assurance handbook. Consistently meets or exceeds all quality and productivity standards.
5. Updates customer database as necessary to reflect accurate information.
6. Identifies customer problems and uses proper techniques and decisions to resolve.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Successfully complete training requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
