Assistant/Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacology)
The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the South College School of Pharmacy invites applications for a faculty position at the
assistant
or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will participate as part of a faculty team engaged in continuous improvement and delivery of our Integrated Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacology I, II, -and-amp; III course series, and other core and elective courses as appropriate and assigned.The preferred candidate will have a PhD in Pharmacology, or the pharmaceutical or biomedical sciences with an emphasis in pharmacology, with evidence of applicable experience and excellence in teaching at the graduate or professional program level. The successful applicant will also be expected to contribute to the development of departmental research capabilities, develop and pursue individual research interests, and to actively participate in scholarly activity and service.
